We recommend using tracked delivery for your peace of mind, we are not liable for parcels once they have been posted.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of being placed. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order you must contact us here. We take great pride in our products and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products being handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final.

DAMAGES

We strive to ensure our goods reach you in perfect condition, however if your order arrives damaged please contact us here and we will arrange a replacement upon proof of damage. All discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
